How registration works

1. Choose your pass

Select a four day pass, single day pass, or Wednesday pre-festival or keynote dinner only option.

2. Add sessions

Field trips, workshops, most evening socials, and some special events carry additional fees and can be added during registration.

3. Check your timing

Member access opens March 1 at 10 a.m. CT. Public access opens March 3 at 10 a.m. CT.

4. Review changes

Attendees can log back into Cvent later to modify or cancel, subject to the current refund window.

Refund windows

  • March 1 to March 31, 75 percent refund
  • April 1 to April 30, 50 percent refund
  • May 1 and after, no refunds

Helpful notes

  • Youth rates apply to ages 17 and under
  • Group rates are available for 10 or more participants
  • Walk-in registration is available, but session availability is not guaranteed

A festival with real depth

The festival highlights more than 160 events, sits about one hour east of Chicago, and has drawn more than 820 registered attendees. It also includes a free Youth and Family Day and supports scholarships and conservation grants.
